Buyer terms
Small Batch is a marketplace that helps buyers discover and order small-batch food from local makers. Each seller is responsible for their own listings, ingredients, fulfillment details, and product handling.

Availability, pickup timing, and local delivery details are set by each seller. Buyers should review the seller-provided timing, instructions, and contact details before placing an order request.
Placing an order request means you are asking to purchase the selected item under the listed quantity, fulfillment method, and checkout amount. Payment is handled through the checkout flow used at the time of purchase.
Cancellation and refund handling depends on the order stage and the seller's response. See the refund and cancellation page for full details.
Ingredients, allergens, product descriptions, and availability are provided by sellers. Small Batch is not promising that a listing is right for your dietary or medical needs.
Approved Founding Buyers receive a $10 first-order credit and a permanent Founding Buyer designation, subject to the Founding Buyer Terms. The credit is account-bound, non-transferable, and applies to the merchandise subtotal of a single qualifying first order. It has no cash value. These buyer terms continue to apply to all orders placed by Founding Buyers.
