Order and payment metadata
Small Batch stores order details, buyer contact and location information, fulfillment method, reservation/payment metadata, and related timestamps needed to run checkout and seller operations.
Emails and notifications
Email may be used for verification, password reset, order updates, and operational communication. When third-party providers are configured, they may process this message data on Small Batch's behalf.
Admin access and third-party services
Admins may access marketplace data needed for support, seller review, and operational oversight. Third-party services may include Stripe for payments and a configured email provider for transactional messages.
Deletion and support contact
Account and data deletion requests should be submitted through the Small Batch support contact. Requests will be handled promptly. Data retention follows applicable legal requirements and operational needs of the marketplace.
